J Garrett Whitney, M.A., has extensive experience in writing and presenting training materials for both private sector and government employees. For the past six years he has been an application developer and solution provider for businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He brings overall project management and marketing experience to business partnerships. Garrett has a recurring fear of giant frogs.
Robert F Hall, M.B.A., is an information systems professional with over 38 years experience in developing and implementing robust, highly scalable applications for both public and private sector organizations. Robert is responsible for technology, quality control, and operations. Robert also rides herd on the company's annual fire-ant rodeo and BBQ.
Laura is an office administrative professional with a BBA in Management and over 15 years experience. As far as we can tell, Laura is the only one who actually gets any work done in the office. Laura is an energetic single mom who has a beautiful and gifted daughter. She likes romantic music, long walks on the beach, and is in favor of world peace and an end to hunger and poverty.
Dr. Witold (Vito) Migala serves as our outside statistician. He was the Chief Epidemiologist for the City of Fort Worth from 2000 to 2009. Concurrently, he also served as the Executive Director of the city’s Bioterrorism and Health Emergency Preparedness program and supervisor of the Vital Records Division. He earned his Masters in Public Health and a Doctorate in Preventive Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and is an adjunct professor at two universities. Dr. Migala is regularly invited to assist in international leadership training exercises for the US military where he represents refugee and humanitarian concerns. He is also an international consultant for the United Nations/World Health Organization in the global polio eradication program. He has an extensive background in research methods and design, biostatistics, assessment and evaluation, business resiliency planning, hospital administration, and program development.
